Overview
Arweave is the permanent memory layer of the internet - powering decentralized apps, AI training datasets, public records, and more. As the official protocol site, Arweave.com had to clearly communicate the platform’s value while appealing to developers, founders, and everyday users.
I led the full redesign of Arweave.com, starting with a brand overhaul that included a new logo, color system, and graphic direction. From there, I wrote the web copy to simplify the value proposition across different personas, and finally built the site in Webflow with a modular structure that could evolve over time.

Timeless Retro-Futuristic Brand Identity
We built a retro-future brand that pays homage to Arweave’s role in preserving the past and safeguarding the future. The visual identity blends archival aesthetics with modern type and layout, creating a timeless but forward-looking feel. This included a new logo, color palette, imagery, and brand assets that hold up across different mediums and partners.
Narrative-Driven, Scalable Web Experience
The website was designed to guide visitors through a clear narrative: explaining what Arweave is, showcasing real use cases, and outlining what’s possible in the future. Subtle interactions, fluid layouts, and modular components helped maintain engagement while ensuring scalability. The site was built entirely on Webflow, making it fast, flexible, and optimized for ongoing updates as Arweave continues to evolve.
